Agreement for using the Streamway platform.
1. Use of Service
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and stream keys.
You may not use Streamway for any illegal activities, including the distribution of copyrighted material without permission.
2. Billing and Payments
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
We reserve the right to change our fees with 30 days notice to our current subscribers.
3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Our Professional and Enterprise plans come with a 99.9% uptime guarantee. Service credits are issued if we fail to meet this commitment.
